With both of our services all you need is a smartphone. Our San Rita Wellness plan is simple and easy to follow as it is based on calorie counting only. San Rita Wellness work hard to make our service as personable as possible for you. You get to speak with us every week on the phone. Every Monday evening at 7pm we host a Zoom meeting where we can deliver a motivational talk on a different topic each week to help support and motivate you on your Weight Loss and Wellness journey. On the morning of your usual weigh in day you will get a text reminder asking you for an image of your weight that you can send to us through What's App. We will follow it up with a wellness phone call at a time that suits you.
